.. yesterday (well, Wednesday now as I forgot to hit post before I left work) was certainly one heck of a busy day for me...

Spent all day in Manchester working for a client, however, I arrived late thanks to car troubles (as per every morning at the moment), left early (not getting the work done I needed to do, but hey, I'll do that tomorrow as I've got to finish the job / problem fixing off) and went round Manchester city centre on a mini pub crawl as it was the company's first anniversary of trading (and they certainly are doing well for themselves thats for sure!!) - I've now seen a variety of odd pubs and bars that I have never seen or even considered before... I ended up in two "bankers" pubs - you can tell from the shelving on the door to the loo's - mental or what?

Then was supposed to be off to another clients, but that got called off...

Back home to dinner at loosly's parents, quick chat and cuddle, then off for my first Ash Wednesday at church. I got to go up the aisle (as it were) for the first time... Pretty wicked, although I was a bit lost as I didn't know what you had to do... (although you don't actually have to do anything except get your ashes - I ended up fumbling a hello and thankyou for some reason LOL!)... But it still rocked - no communion for me yet, but I'm almost there - I've got my Rite Of Election on Sunday at the Shrewsbury Cathedral - I'll be sure to keep an eye on loosly lest she go lick the Bishop!! LOL...

After that, a quick split of locations as I had to go do some errands, and met loosly and poannie for a trip to the March Hare where chat, card showing off (check me and my new pink Virgin credit card!), and desert consumption occurred...

Then home, then bed, then cuddles etc...
